Global Monetary Policy

Since last November, bond markets had spiked in anticipation of monetary tightening in the US and the Euro zone. However, recovery in growth and inflation is feeble, and downside risks unmitigated. Markets are now of the view that loose monetary conditions may persist, and this will affect the monetary outlook in emerging economies also.
